Sadhica is a graduate from Centennial College and completed the Massage Therapy Diploma program in 2002. She is licensed and trained in Swedish massage techniques and integrates myofascial trigger point techniques during treatments. She has worked in various clinical settings throughout her career.
She regularly works with clients suffering from sports injuries, work related injuries, and clients involved in motor vehicle accidents. During her many years of experience, she has developed her assessment skills to provide the most appropriate care that is tailored to each or her clients. Working in clinical settings has also given her the opportunity to work with seniors, students, athletes, pregnant women, and people with various disabilities.
As a Massage Therapist, she seeks to facilitate the healing process and improve the quality of life of her clients. Outside of her professional setting, she enjoys spending her free time reading, bike riding, and spending quality time with family and friends.
