Salima is one of the first faces you see when you enter Neurosync. Her warm and bubbly personality will always make you feel very comfortable and at home. She is interested in learning about you, your life and any aches and pains you may be experiencing to better assist you with your wellness. Outside from making sure your appointments are scheduled and the clinic is running smoothly, Salima loves to spend time with her family playing and creating boardgames, and chasing after her next adventure. In her spare time, you will find Salima in a zumba class, or at a book store. Fun fact; Salima has jumped out of a plane, and is planning to go paragliding one day soon. Sadhica is a graduate from Centennial College and completed the Massage Therapy Diploma program in 2002. She is licensed and trained in Swedish massage techniques and integrates myofascial trigger point techniques during treatments. She has worked in various clinical settings throughout her career.

She regularly works with clients suffering from sports injuries, work related injuries, and clients involved in motor vehicle accidents. During her many years of experience, she has developed her assessment skills to provide the most appropriate care that is tailored to each or her clients. Working in clinical settings has also given her the opportunity to work with seniors, students, athletes, pregnant women, and people with various disabilities.

As a Massage Therapist, she seeks to facilitate the healing process and improve the quality of life of her clients. Outside of her professional setting, she enjoys spending her free time reading, bike riding, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Meet Dr. George Charalambous and be reassured that he “got your back” and will treat you like family. Dr. Charalambous received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in Toronto in 2013 and is a certified Traditional Chinese Medicine acupuncture provider. Prior to CMCC, Dr. Charalambous obtained his Bachelor of Arts Degree with Honours from York University in Kinesiology and Health Sciences.

Dr. Charalambous has vast experience with the assessment and treatment of various injuries and impairments. Including but not limited to, sports related injuries, workplace injuries, slip and fall injuries, motor vehicle accidents and post-operative rehabilitation. He has hands on experience with the common day to day injuries (ie. strains and sprains) to the severe fractures and catastrophic injuries.

Dr. Charalambous practices chiropractic care with diversified technique and approaches all treatments goals using evidence based care. Dr. Charalambous utilizes soft tissue therapy, mobilizations, adjustments, acupuncture, exercise prescription and pain controlling modalities to facilitate healing and overall recovery.

Outside of work, Dr. Charalambous appreciates the outdoors, antiquing and spending time with family and friends. He enjoys playing board games, soccer and going to the gym.

David is a passionate and dedicated Physiotherapy Assistant with a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from St Mary’s University in England. David’s approach to care is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a strong commitment to helping individuals achieve their fullest potential in recovery and rehabilitation.


Over the course of his training and professional experience, David has developed a diverse skill set that allows him to adapt to the unique needs of each patient. These skills include Kinesio taping, laser therapy, TENS application, ultrasound treatments, manual therapy techniques, and most importantly, active rehabilitation (which he particularly enjoys, as it empowers patients to actively participate in their healing process).


Beyond the clinic, David is an active and well-rounded individual who enjoys reading and staying physically engaged through soccer, volleyball, and running. He is currently training for an upcoming half marathon, which has further deepened David’s understanding of the importance of injury prevention and recovery in athletics. More recently, David has also taken up golf, adding another layer of balance and challenge to his lifestyle.
